The injection molding is equipped with, among others in modern, numerically controlled
injection molding machines from Demag, with closing force from 500 to 1600 kN and injection weight from 130 to 380 g.
Injection molding machines are equipped with Plastic Systems dye dispensers, Sulzer Chemtech static mixers, on-site dryers and other peripheral devices, guaranteeing obtaining any color stable in the whole series of products.
Thanks to this, we are able to produce products for our customers on machines with optimal parameters. This has a direct impact not only on the quality, but also on the price of the products.
